Comments

It was a very difficult case, and the orthodontic Biomechanics were well applied, however, the final result of the treatment was a Class II molar and cuspid on the right side with lack of intercuspidation at the second and first bicuspid level, and almost Class I molar and cuspid on the left side, with lack of intercuspidation at the the upper and lower first molar and second bicuspids(The intraoral photograph was incorrect). The lower midlines were shifted 2.5 mm to the right side. So they should have used more Class II elastics on the right side and Class III elastics on the left side . There was no before and after, Panoramic x-rays and lateral cephs with cephalometric tracings.
