Comments

Very Difficult case, with a periodontally compromised patient, they did not specify the systemic disease that caused all the periodontal disease . It was easier to move into it’s correct position of the upper left cuspid instead of doing transposition. Although at the end of the treatment they placed prosthetic implants they should also have done bone graft for the upper and lower, cuspid to cuspid region, to increase the bone level, because they finished with only 1/3 third of the alveolar bone height and also some gingival graft to cover the root of the upper left central. They finished with a Class II molar and cuspid on the right and left side (taking under consideration the transposition of the first bicuspid) With out intercuspidation of the lower implant placed at the first molar level. Incomplete Orthodontic records were provided with out good Occlusal before and after photographs and periodontal chart and probbing
