Fațetele nu sunt prima alegere la un pacient cu bruxism activ. În aceste cazuri, se recomandă mai întâi controlul parafuncției, cel putin gutoiere de protectie, dar nua u fost gandite in planul de tratament. Nu sunt clare nici ce tip de fatete a folosit pe dintii laterali mandibulari, din ce materiale. Totodata nu am identificat follow-up, atat de necesar pentru a inregistra succesul unui astfel de caz
